Winnsboro Man Faces Hopkins County Charges

Hopkins County Deputies picked up a Winnsboro man being held in the Camp County Jail and transported him back to the Hopkins County Justice Center. Jackie Glen Weems, 64, was wanted on a warrant for possession of more than four but less than 200 grams of a controlled substance.
