Winnsboro Man Jailed In Sulphur Springs

Sulphur Springs Police conducted a traffic stop on Fisher Street and recognized one of the occupants as a Winnsboro man who had outstanding warrants. A computer check confirmed that Luke Hunter Shrum was wanted for Possession of a Controlled Substance and several misdemeanors.
