Winter Storm Warning Extended

The Winter Storm Warning has been extended until noon Wednesday morning for all of North Texas. Today through Wednesday morning will feature the worst conditions of the week, with dangerous travel expected. Expect widespread icing on bridges, overpasses, and surface streets. In addition, there is a low chance of some downed power lines and tree damage due to ice. Accumulations of ice ranging from one-tenth to half an inch across the area are possible.
