Woman Accused Of Pretending To Be Nurse

An East Texas woman has been arrested for posing as a nurse at Davita Dialysis Clinic in Marshall. A Harrison County grand jury indicted 30-year-old Stephanie Garcia, of Henderson, for fraudulent use/possession of identifying information and two counts of nursing regulation violations.
