Woman Arrested For Hugo Fatal Hit-And-Run

An arrest has been made in connection with a fatal hit-and-run that occurred in Hugo last summer. Plastic pieces from Misty Acker Williams’ car were found near the body of 27-year-old Emanuel Churchwell. She was charged with leaving the scene of a fatality accident.
