A 39-year-old Smith County woman who was scheduled to go on trial in Upshur County on felony drug charges changed her plea. Felisha Diane Williams pleaded guilty to Manufacturing or Delivering more than four but less than 200 grams of methamphetamine. She opted to have a jury decide her sentence and she received 99 years in prison. Williams had four previous felony convictions and was on parole at the time of her latest arrest.
