Woman Charged On Warrants From Several Counties

Gregg County Jail has 53-year-old Cynthia Ann Graham, of New Braunfels, on an outstanding warrant from Franklin County for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Gregg County warrants for Contempt of Court and failure to pay fines. Her bonds total $21,000.
