A 47-year-old Sulphur Springs woman was arrested for allegedly bringing contraband into the Hopkins County Jail. Jennifer Ann Seely was caught on a security camera bringing in suspected narcotics. She was charged with Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility and with Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, in a Drug-Free Zone. Both charges are third-degree felonies. She has been released after posting bond.
