Woman Files Lawsuit Against Harrison County Deputy, County, Sheriff’s Association

A Dallas County woman accused a Harrison County Deputy of sexually assaulting her while she was being transported. She has filed a $2 million federal civil rights lawsuit. Attorneys for the woman, who is identified in court papers as “ Jane Doe,” has named Deputy Roger Valentine, Harrison County and the Sheriff’s Association of Texas as defendants.
