Woman Gets Probation For Neglecting Children

A Northeast Texas woman has been pleaded guilty to abandoning or endangering her children. Authorities accused 24-year-old Shaina Nikole Workman, of Gilmer, of leaving her two-year-old daughter and one-year-old son alone for about 45 minutes while she and a friend went to Longview. She was sentenced to four years deferred adjudication probation.
