Woman In Choctaw County Accident Dies From Injuries

The Choctaw County woman flown to a Plano hospital last week after a two vehicle crash on Hwy 271 south of Hugo has died of her injuries. She was identified as 51 year old Monica Heiss of Hugo. The driver of the other vehicle was not injured. Troopers say the crash happened when Heiss  was turning onto the highway and pulled out in front of a pickup.
