Bowie County Jail
A woman who previously served time in a Missouri prison for murder has pleaded not guilty to a Northeast Texas murder. Shirley Ann Falkowski is accused of fatally stabbing James Earl Johnson at his apartment in DeKalb in 2015. She’s being held in Bowie County under $1 million bond.
