Woman’s Body Found In Car Trunk After Police Chase

Kaufman County Deputies found a woman’s dead body inside a New Orleans man’s trunk after he opened fire on another driver in a road rage incident and then led officers on a chase on Hwy 80. Freddy Gilbert, 33, then crashed into the highway median. He was taken into custody without further incident. This is an ongoing investigation.
