Woman’s Death In Police Shooting Ruled Homicide

The Harris County Medical Examiner has ruled the fatal shooting of a 44-year-old Houston-area woman by a police officer a homicide. The report showed Pamela Turner’s death was caused by multiple gunshot wounds. Baytown Police say one of their officers shot Turner after she took his taser and shocked him with it. Texas Rangers will conduct the investigation.
