Wood County Jury No-Bills Suspect

Wednesday, a Wood County grand jury no-billed Chad Earl Carr, and they released him from jail. The state had charged Carr in connection to the Wood County cold case 2007 murder of Brittany McGlone, according to the Wood County District Attorney’s Office. Someone murdered McGlone, 19, in 2007. She was beaten and sexually assaulted, and there was no suspect for more than ten years.
