Wood County Man Arrested In Gregg County

A Wood County man was arrested at the Gregg County Courthouse on a grand jury indictment. They charged Ricky Hulshouser, 35, of Mineola, on a warrant with theft of property valued at more than $2500 but less than $30,000. His bond was set at $25,000.
