Work On Private Border Wall Continues

Work on a private border wall in Texas is ramping up. Lt. Col Rodney Kelley with the Texas Military Department says the fencing is ten feet tall and allows state troopers to arrest migrants for trespassing. Texas is erecting it on private land in three border counties. They can complete the construction quicker than Trump’s border wall because the state does not have to use eminent domain to seize property.
