Wrong Way Crash On I-20 – Van Zandt

A DPS trooper Sunday morning arrested Christian Gomez, driving the wrong way on I-20. As a result, he crashed into an 18-wheeler in Van Zandt County, the vehicle caught fire, and Gomez ran away. They captured him later, and Sheriff Steve Hendrix said it appeared alcohol was the cause of the crash.
