An East Texas man accused of driving on the wrong side of the highway and colliding head-on with another vehicle has been arrested. State Troopers charged 21-year-old Dakota Don Brown, of Longview, with Intoxication Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury. Troopers say he had a blood-alcohol count of nearly three times the legal threshold for drunk driving. The driver of the other vehicle was flown to a Tyler hospital with serious undisclosed injuries.
