Last night the Texas Rangers beat the Cincinnati Reds 6-5 to split the two game set. Yu Darvish was on the mound, but being in a national league park, he also took some hacks at the plate, hitting a long home run to centerfield. How about some crazy Yu stats? Darvish becomes the 7678th player and the 5th Japanese pitcher to homer in the major leagues. He joins Bobby Witt as the only Rangers pitchers to homer and trails Juan Gonzales by 371 home runs for the franchise lead. The Rangers come home tonight to take on the Cleveland Indians [on kplt 1490am and 96.3fm]. First pitch is at 7pm.

Tonight the Dallas Cowboys play pre-season game number three when they visit the Seattle Seahawks [on 101.9 KBUS]. Dez Bryant and Tyrone Crawford will sit out after each suffered concussions this week in practice. Kick off tonight [on the BUS] is set for 9pm.
