The Texas Department of State Health Services is encouraging health care providers to register for its immunization program. By applying for the program, health care providers will be able to distribute a COVID-19 vaccine. Phase one of vaccine distribution will target health care personnel, people over age 65, and people with underlying health conditions. The second and third phases will provide vaccines to the general public.
