Coronavirus Impact On Schools

Greenville ISD is moving all students to online learning this week. Students who need a hotspot should contact their school’s main office for help.

Rains ISD is closing down until Nov. 30, and there will be no remote learning during the closure. Extracurricular activities at Rains will continue as long as there are no positive cases in the individual programs.

New Diana ISD has closed its high school and middle school until Nov. 30 because of increased COVID-19 cases. The New Diana elementary school will remain open. The district says the virus has stricken students and staff, and there are not enough substitute teachers to cover the classes.
