Child Advocate Center Has 25th Anniversary Open House

The Northeast Texas Child Advocacy Center in Winnsboro will celebrate its 25^th anniversary today of providing help to nearly 11,000 children who have been the  victims of physical, sexual and emotional abuse. From 2 – 5PM the public invited to an Open House and Celebration at the Winnsboro office with a dedication ceremony for members and volunteers, facility tours, and light refreshments. The NETCAC serves Camp, Delta, Franklin, Hopkins, Rains, Titus, Upshur and Wood counties and is located at 5920 N State Hwy 37 in Winnsboro.
