Work Crew Finds Missing Woman

Friends last saw Regina Michele Johnson, 46, around 3:00 Saturday afternoon at her home north of Jefferson. The family says she left in a white 2000 model Ford F-250. Marion County Sheriff’s Office says a Road and Bridge crew found a white pickup and then discovered Johnson’s body in a nearby thicket. Her truck was about two miles from her home. There were no visible signs of trauma.
