Paris City Council Allocates Flood Money

  The Paris City Council has voted to allocate $1.8 million for flood concerns in the city due to the recent heavy rain.  This will be accomplished by reducing the general fund reserve by one month, from 5 to 4 months. Several residents told the council about drainage problems.
