    An East Texas teenager was killed Thursday in a collision blamed on the weather. State Troopers say 18 year old Kayla Tucker of Palestine hydroplaned on Hwy 135 in Cherokee County, spun into the oncoming lane and collided with another vehicle. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
