Belford Apartment Price Lowered

The Paris City Council has approved sending the Belford Apartments back to a sheriff’s sale but has lowered the minimum bid. There were no takers at the first auction with a $50,000 opening bid, so it was reduced to $20,000. The next auction is expected to be in November.
