Texas Lawmakers Warn Retailers About Price Gouging

A bipartisan group of lawmakers has shot a letter to online retailers to do more to stop price gouging during the pandemic. One of them is Texas State Representative Cesar Blanco. He’s seen things like hand sanitizer and face makes being sold double and triple their regular price. The lawmakers are asking for a hard cap on price increases during emergencies, just like they do at gas stations.
