Hunt County Man Enters Into Plea Bargain

A 72 year old man who had been charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon has entered into a plea bargain with Hunt County prosecutors. Theodore Richard Richardson pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of Felon in Possession of a Firearm and was sentenced to 6 years in prison.
