Man Indicted In Hoe Attack

A Harrison County grand jury indicted Miguel Rabadan, 59, for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. He allegedly hit another man in the head with a hoe. He reportedly was upset that the victim’s dog had bitten him on the foot four weeks previous to the incident.
