NE Texas Man Guilty Of Smash And Grab ATM Theft

A man who rammed a stolen truck he was driving through a grocery store in Texarkana and stole an ATM has reached a plea bargain with prosecutors. A court sentenced 35-year-old Joshua Lamar Rigsby to ten years in prison. That sentence will begin after he finishes serving a six-year sentence he received for violating his probation.
