Bill Filed To Make Selena’s Birthday State Holiday

A bill has been filed in the state legislature to make April 16 Selena Quintanilla Pérez Day and make it a state holiday. If the bill makes it out of committee, it will go to the full house, then the state senate, and then the governor for his signature.
