A Bowie County official says the hospital occupancy rates in portions of Texas are causing some concerns. Bowie County Judge Bobby Howell referred to Trauma Service Area F, which includes hospitals in Texarkana, Mount Pleasant, Sulphur Springs, and Paris. If an area were to exceed 15-percent of COVID-19 hospitalizations for seven consecutive days, reopening plans would rollback. At the last report, 71 Lab-Confirmed COVID-19 patients are in hospitals in Area F. Over the past week, the total capacities in Trauma Service Area F have been hovering around 15%
