Fannin County Man Convicted for Fraud

  A Fannin County jury has convicted 24-year-old Carlos Alfonso Dominguez, of Telephone, of cheating two families out of more than $34,000. The victim families had hired Dominguez to help provide them with legal assistance with their visa renewals. Dominguez was sentenced to eight years in prison and fined $10,000.
