The bond for a man charged in the death of a Paris toddler who tested positive for narcotics last year has been lowered from $100,000 to $30,000. Ricky Tucker and Kelsey McFadden are charged with manslaughter in the death of 18 month old Trinity Compton, who tested positive for Oxycodone and died after being found unconscious inside their Paris apartment. Compton’s mother is serving a 22 month sentence in the case.
