Texas Congressman Introduces Information Security Act

U.S. Representative Nathaniel Moran

U.S. Representative Nathaniel Moran has introduced a bill in the U.S. Congress requiring elected officials to receive training on how to handle and protect classified information every other year adequately. Moran, formerly the Smith County judge, represents several counties across East Texas. The proposed law comes after reports they found classified documents at the homes of President Joe Biden, former Vice President Mike Pence, and former President Donald Trump.
