East Texas Man Found Dead Near Bar

An East Texas man was shot to death in the parking lot of a bar near Longview over the weekend. 34 year old Thomas Lynn Harper Jr of Gladewater was found dead in the grassy area of a parking lot near J’s Place. Harper had reportedly been in an altercation shortly before the shooting. No arrests have been made.
