A 46 year old East Texas man on probation for sexual assault of a child is back behind bars for violating that probation. Samuel Lane McKnight of Kilgore allegedly failed to complete sex offender treatment, continued to associate with “disreputable” people, failed to pay his fines and used illegal drugs.
