A Fannin County dispatcher has been placed on administrative leave after she was arrested for shoplifting at the Walmart in Sherman. Police say Stacey Bee was caught trying to leave the store with a basket of items without paying. Officers say it was over $100 in merchandise. Sheriff Elect Mark Johnson says whether she keeps her job is up to the justice system.
