Hunt County Intoxication Manslaughter Trial Set To Begin

This week, the trial begins in Hunt County District Court for a woman charged with Intoxication Manslaughter. Two years ago, the state accused Kimberly Lyle Arnold of running over Yolanda Garza of Greenville on Lee Street in Greenville. Intoxication manslaughter is a second-degree felony, punishable by a maximum of two to 20 years in prison.
