Man Hospitalized After Grabbing Child Inside Allen Whataburger

A man was hospitalized for mental issues after he tried to abduct a 6-year-old boy from a fast food restaurant in Allen. Fortunately, the child’s uncle was with him and stopped the suspect, who then struck a restaurant employee with a masonry trowel. The man drove away but soon crashed and was hospitalized.
