Dallas captured a teenage fugitive wanted on a capital murder warrant from Texarkana. For four months, 17-year-old Kevonte Collins had been at large since he allegedly murdered two 18-year-olds and critically wounded a 17-year-old. There are no details on how they captured Collins.
