TAB To Propose COVID Lawsuit Protection In State Legislature

Businesses may have survived the pandemic but may not survive a lawsuit. Congress left the Liability protection out of the latest COVID Relief Package, and the Texas Association of Business says that’s a mistake. Some business owners are now concerned that employees or customers will try to sue them if they get sick. The TAB plans to push for changes in the state legislature when lawmakers get back to work in January.
