Two Arrested in Paris for Outstanding Warrants

47 year old Silvia Westbrook was arrested by Paris police at the adult probation office on an outstanding warrant. She was charged on a motion to adjudicate guilt for possession of a controlled substance. 25 year old Jamie Reavis was arrested at the Parole Office on outstanding warrants for forgery. Warrants for violating his parole are also expected.
