The Grayson County Grand jury has indicted 50-year-old Carl Duncan of Antlers for murder in connection with a fatal crash that claimed the life of his son. Judson Duncan died at the scene of the wreck on Hwy 75. Police had been called to investigate a suspicious vehicle in front of a hotel, and the vehicle took off, crashing after the chase reached speeds of more than 100 mph.
