Arthur City Woman Accused of Sexually Assaulting Child Due in Court Today

A 23 year old Arthur City woman charged with three counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child is due in Lamar County District Court this morning for a hearing before Judge Wesley Tidwell. Candace Victoria Bell surrendered to authorities on the charges in October and has been free on $15,000 bail. The alleged victim is a 13 year old boy.
