After a mental competency hearing  in Henderson County Tuesday, 27 year old Stacie Parsons of Athens has been found  competent to stand trial in the death of her four year old daughter. Parsons’ trial is now set to start November 7th. She’s accused of murdering her daughter Victoria in 2014.
