Couple Arrested After SCU Drug Raid

Hopkins County-Sulphur Springs Special Crimes Unit officers executed a search warrant on a residence on CR  4778 and found drug paraphernalia in the living room and a large quantity of methamphetamine in the bedroom. 27 year old William Ray Reed of Hopkins County and 35 year old Angela Gayle Copeland of Cooper were arrested on felony drug charges and remain in the Hopkins County jail.  Since children were living in the home, CPS was notified and has begun an investigation.
