Former Sulphur Springs Resident Announces State Senate Bid

A Sulphur Springs native has announced that he will run as a Democrat for the state senate seat currently held by Republican Senator Bob Hall. Kendall Scudder now lives in Dallas and works for a non-profit affordable housing organization.  He is a 2008 graduate of Sulphur Springs High School, and attended Sam Houston University in Huntsville.
