Paris Man Arrested for Burglary

Paris Police responded to a disturbance call in the 500 block of SE 13  and learned that 40 year old  Jerry Clayton had forced his way into a residence and was holding a woman inside against her will.  He also allegedly damaged the victim’s phone after realizing that she had called 911. Clayton was arrested for  burglary of a habitation and several other misdemeanor charges.
